Who are we?
Joseph was a senior litigation partner who led the securities litigation practice, and Ellen was a senior M&A partner who led the governance practice, at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
We have represented major public and private companies and not-for-profits, as well as their boards and board committees, directors, executives, investors and family groups, in sensitive, challenging and high-profile matters.
We are known for identifying the heart of a problem and developing — and helping our clients achieve — innovative and practical solutions.
We care about our clients and value these relationships.
We believe the best solutions often come from an interdisciplinary approach, viewing problems from both the litigation and corporate perspectives.
